This demo will sent the quote documents from the PDF Butler Sales Cloud Demo out for Digital Signature. The signer will be the first Contact from the Opportunity Roles list.
From the Opportunity, the following information will be used:
Opportunity:
Name
Opportunity Roles: We will use the primary Contact Role in this demo so make sure this one is set
Is Primary
Contact
Contact: Update this data to the contact that is linked to the Primary Contact Role
Id
FirstName
LastName
Email
Paste in your Salesforce.com domain...
... And just follow the steps below:

Action
1) Enable Folders and Enhanced Sharing
A bit strange that this is not enabled by default on new Salesforce Orgs but this is required for Lightning Email Folders
2) Install SIGN Butler
This is the installation of the AppExchange package. The install itself might take a few minutes.
3) Register with your PDF Butler credentials
Paste your PDF Butler credentials right here:
and click the GO button on the right
Click on "Check credentials" and allow the secure connection request
4) Import SIGN Butler configuration
The configuration is already prepared. This config will use the Primary Contact Role as the Signer.
Download config file:
Import file: Click the "GO" button below and at the bottom of the page you will find the import option (Migration)
5) Create PDF Butler Pack
Download config file:
Import file: Click the "GO" button below and at the bottom of the page you will find the import option (Migration)
6) Add Opportunity Lookup to SIGN Request SObject
It would be an insult to every seasoned Salesforce professional to explain how to add a Lookup Field 😀
SObject: Sign Request
Field Type: Lookup
Reference To: Opportunity
Field Name: Opportunity
Click the "GO" button to go directly to the Object Manager screen for Sign Request
7) Add action to PDF Butler previewer
Get PDF Butler Pack Id: In the URL of your browser, copy the Pack Id
Edit Opportunity Lightning Page: Edit the Opportunity Lightning page to add the Pack Id to the PDF Butler Previewer
Add Pack: Add the Pack Id to the PDF Butler Previewer, Click "Save" and your all done!
